WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce announced its endorsement of Rep. Ryan Mackenzie for Pennsylvania's Seventh District. The event was a stop on the Chamber’s Opportunity Tour, a six-week national bus tour promoting free enterprise.

The U.S. Chamber endorses candidates for federal office who will support policies that drive innovation, grow the economy, and create opportunities for American businesses and workers.

“The U.S. Chamber is proud to endorse Rep. Ryan Mackenzie for reelection to represent Pennsylvania’s seventh district. Throughout his first term in Congress, Ryan has been a strong advocate for pro-growth, free enterprise policies that positively impact Pennsylvanians. He is committed to addressing affordability, protecting taxpayers, growing the economy, and creating opportunities for local businesses and workers to thrive. We are proud to stand beside him in Allentown today, and we look forward to continuing to work with him next Congress,” said Neil Bradley, Executive Vice President and Chief Policy Officer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

“The PA Chamber congratulates Congressman Mackenzie on receiving the U.S. Chamber’s endorsement, and we look forward to continuing to work with him to strengthen Pennsylvania’s competitiveness. Congressman Mackenzie has been a strong advocate for pro-growth tax policies that give businesses the certainty they need to invest, expand, and create jobs. His willingness to engage directly with Pennsylvania employers and understand the challenges they face has made him a valuable partner, and we appreciate his work to advance policies that support economic growth across the Commonwealth,” said Alex Halper, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.

The Opportunity Tour is a part of the U.S. Chamber’s New Fight for Free Enterprise initiative, a multi-year strategic effort to defend, protect, and promote free enterprise.

For six weeks, the Free Enterprise Express bus will visit the businesses whose ideas, products, and services help make communities stronger, more vibrant, and uniquely their own. The bus will travel to key states to drive the debate about what it takes for people, businesses, and communities to thrive. It is planned in partnership with state and local chamber members.
